We offer a seamless leasing experience with convenient e-signature capabilities through our online portal. You can view our available units by visiting our website, calling us at (920)617-9168, or by emailing us at email@rentgrand.com if you have any additional questions. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Please have a valid form of identification on hand such as a drivers license or passport and a debit, credit card, or ACH as payment.
As soon as we have a signed lease agreement and payment for your first month's rent including any applicable administrative fees or security deposits you are welcome to move into your unit on the lease start date.
We accept online payments through our RentCafe tenant portal including debit, credit, and ACH. Please contact the office with any questions about payment or payment options.
